I was also very pleased and impressed with the installation team lead by Mike and Shaun. They arrived when they said they would. The work was performed in an orderly fashion and when completed the work area was cleared of debris. The closet where the unit is installed looks 100% better. I had WSSC inspect the installation the next day. The inspector took one look and said everything looks good. He saw the Gaithersburg Air sticker on the duct and said, “that’s a good company, I’ve never had problems with them.” That made me feel even better about my choice.

Matt D. did an excellent job of explaining the options available for selecting a new Heat pump system for our home since ours had died.
