Do I doubt that any of those other companies can "fix" a broken furnace? Certainly not - I’m sure they are quite capable.

Most importantly, your new system should make you comfortable in your home. Our Comfort Consultant will work with you to determine the best system for your home based on the construction of your home, your existing system, exterior factors, your lifestyle and any potential modification you may have in mind for your home.

We will explain the available options and help you customize your home comfort system to enhance the comfort in your home. In addition to providing comfortable, even temperatures, we will help to solve humidity issues during heating and cooling seasons as well as removing unhealthy pollutants from the air in your home.

Your Equipment

There are many different brands of equipment and even more varieties of heating and cooling products. These range from maximum efficiency and convenience to more basic value-priced products. We offer Bryant heating and cooling equipment and are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer - Only one of a select few area companies to meet Bryant’s strict standards in quality, expertise and service.

Bryant is a leading manufacturer of reliable, highly efficient home comfort systems. High efficiency systems use less energy reducing operating costs. Although the initial investment may be higher than standard systems, the money you save on energy bills more than makes up the difference over the system’s life. Gaithersburg Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. strives to provide the highest quality service and expertise at fair, competitive prices. We believe you are entitled to detailed explanations and written proposals describing every aspect of the work required to install your home comfort system prior to any investment required on your part.

We visually inspect your new equipment with you once the installation is complete and provide any necessary operating instruction. Only after you are comfortable with your new system and any questions you have are answered will we expect payment for our services.

As a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer, every installation is backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that we would remove the equipment and refund every penny if you are not totally satisfied with the performance of your system for any reason.

If you would prefer to finance the purchase of your new system, we also offer financing through Bryant Comfort Credit. There is no down payment required and approval is quick and easy.
