Not sure whether Bryant equipment is right for your home?

When evaluating comfort systems for replacement and efficiency upgrades, we are constantly asked, “How good is Bryant’s equipment?” There is a very simple answer to that question:

Bryant has been manufacturing heating and cooling equipment for more than 100 years and we have been installing their equipment, almost exclusively, since the inception of our business. We have always been very happy with the Bryant products – They have proven to be reliable, easy to maintain and easy to service. In addition, we have always been very happy with Bryant’s team of people – they have proven to us that they will stand behind their products and have always supported us in an effort to make our customers comfortable. If this were not the case, we would not sell Bryant equipment.

How could we claim to be the best and have your comfort be our primary goal if we knowingly sold equipment that was not reliable? Over the years, we have toured Bryant’s manufacturing facilities in Indianapolis and Tennessee and witnessed the extensive quality controls, research and engineering development behind their products. We are confident that Bryant produces a top quality product that you should feel comfortable investing in.

There is only one thing that we feel is more important than 30 years of proven reliability – You must be comfortable with the contractor that you allow to install your new heating and cooling system!

If you are considering replacing your comfort system:

1. Please only consider reputable contractors that have a proven history of quality and customer satisfaction.

2. Only consider name brand equipment. While we consider Bryant to offer the best products available, the other name brand products you have heard of (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, etc.) are comparable products. Please away from brands that you have not heard of before.

3. Most importantly, choose a contractor you feel comfortable with. Unfortunately, mechanical equipment can sometimes break down. When it does, you are not calling the manufacturer of the equipment – You call the contractor that installed your system. Be sure that you are comfortable with that contractor; comfortable they will respond quickly and will be there for you at any time. In the unfortunate event that your new system lets you down, be sure that your contractor does not!!!
